📦 Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

🌍 International Shipping Policy

We currently ship internationally to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery estimates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

🚚 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

❌ Lost or Damaged Packages

atrek active is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

At atrek, not all of our items are currently eco-conscious; however, the ones that are can be easily identified by their eco-conscious label. That said, sustainability is an important part of our mission, and we are continuously working towards expanding our range of planet-friendly pieces.

ALL atrek items should be washed according to the care instructions provided on the label. Do not tumble dry any of our garments.

For all jumpsuits in particular, do not tumble dry under any circumstances. We strongly recommend air drying your pieces in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight, to preserve fabric quality and longevity.

This approach is recommended for all Atrek items to ensure the best performance and durability.
